If you’re talking about a nucleus of a cell – then I’ve got just the answer for you!

Inside every one of your cells is a nucleus, this holds your DNA, bundled up really small. When you unravel your DNA fully it is up to 2 metres long! But there are special things that wrap it up extremely tight.

Every cell has the same DNA, but different parts of it are active depending on the cell type and things that affect it (food intake for example).
