• Question: If I go out with wet hair will I catch a cold?

      No. A cold is a “virus” which spreads from person to person by the air if you sneeze, don’t wash your hands after wiping your nose or for example, cough without covering your mouth.
      You won’t catch a cold because you go out with wet hair, it is a myth,
      I wouldn’t go out with wet hair though will make you colder than you need to be in the winter and you will spend more energy to heat your head, you should try and dry your hair or at least wear a hat!
