This is a question that has no one answer. How much we weigh can be different for all sorts of people for all sorts of reasons. The average weight for a 10 year old in this country is about 5 stone (or 30 kilograms). This isn’t to say this is how much you should weigh, all this says is out of all the 10 year olds in the country, this is the most common weight for them to be.
If you’re slightly heavier or lighter than this, then that is OK! Everybody is different and we all have different bodies. If you’re worried about how much you weigh, then speak to a parent or maybe even a teacher. Everybody is different and that’s what’s so good about being human 🙂

Another thing to make sure you know is that girls mature faster than boys, so grow quicker and might weigh a bit more.
Don’t worry about how much you weigh, as long as you eat well and exercise you will be okay.
Muscle is 3 times heavier than fat, weight is a just gravitational pull on your body. It is just a number 😀
