      Hi Loren,

      It depends on the time of day, and the time of year that we go out. There are lots of creatures in the sea during our spring time. When I look for zooplankton (have a look at my profile photos to see what these creature look like) I could find thousands of individuals within one litre of seawater. These zooplankton eat algae, and when we count the individual algae cells in the seawater, we can find hundreds of individual cells in 1mL!

      Its great fun when you explore the different types of beautiful creatures in our seas 🙂
