Pi is probably my favourite irrational number after the GOLDEN RATIO. Do you know what that is? It’s around 1.618, and its the same number that many plants use to organise their leaves and branches, flowers use to arrange their petals and snails use to make their shells. It’s shockingly everywhere! The ancient mathematicians like Pythagoras even worshipped it as a holy number, much like Pi. Today, many designers of buildings and even electronics, like your phones, use this ratio to make things look nice. But I guess Pi wins, because wherever there is a circle, there is pi!
